Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
Conference Cancellation and Refund PolicyThis cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide clarity to registrants while protecting the financial viability of the conference. The policy takes into account expenses already incurred by the conference planners, including but not limited to venue reservations, catering, materials, speaker fees, and other associated costs. Registrants who need to cancel their attendance must notify the conference planners via email at al.president@state.ena.org. Cancellation requests must be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the start of the conference. Cancellations made after this period are considered non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be in writing and include the following: Registrant’s full name, Registration confirmation number, Contact information (phone number and email address). Approved refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference to ensure a comprehensive review of financial obligations and available funds. By registering for the conference, registrants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy. This policy is in place to ensure that the financial burden of cancellations does not compromise the quality and execution of the conference.
